Geneva Tourism is excited to launch a project aimed at sharing sales expertise and strategic insights with its partners, and to build a cohesive team in order to communicate consistent messages together.

What is the GENEVA SALES TEAM?
The programme provides sales and destination training as well as various discovery activities for the sales, marketing and public relations staff of Geneva Tourism's partners.
Reasons to join
- Get trained on how to market Geneva.
- Improve your knowledge of the destination.
- Find out about Geneva Tourism’s work and establish contact with the Marketing Department.
- Meet and network with industry professionals.
- Access a range of communication tools provided by Geneva Tourism, including a media library, B2B brochures, newsletters, and more.
- Familiarise yourself with the activities and attractions the destination has to offer, e.g. guided tours of the Old Town, the Geneva City Pass, and the Choco Pass.
- Receive invitations to Geneva Tourism get-togethers.
How to register?
If you are involved in the promotion of Geneva, all you need to do is book a suitable date for the sales training course using your own e-mail address (please do not use a generic e-mail address).
You will receive confirmation from Geneva Tourism after verification. The training is free of charge.

1. Attend on-site training

2. Complete Online Destination Training
After attending the on-site training, you will receive a link to access the online training programme.
About: Have fun learning about Geneva and become a certified destination expert!
Duration: 2-3 hours
When: After validation of the on-site training.
Where: Online
Deadline to complete the training: 1 month after the link has been received.
Language: French and English
3. Discover Geneva at your own pace
As soon as you have completed the two courses, you will receive your Geneva City Pass and Choco Pass for two and will be able to join one of our Guided tours of the Old Town (public visit). Congratulations!
