This two-day programme for up to 50 participants is a great way to learn more about Swiss Made culture in Geneva.

Day 1

Morning

Meeting at the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum (MICR)

Discover a unique place, the cradle of humanitarian action in Geneva, Switzerland and around the world. Through exhibitions and events, find out how the museum explores the issues, values and current status of humanitarian action.
Lunch break at the museum.

 

Afternoon

Create your own Swiss watch

Become a watchmaker for a day! Initium takes you into the fascinating world of mechanical watchmaking. Discover some of the secrets of an exceptional know-how that has made the reputation of an entire region and country for centuries.

 

Evening

Cheese fondue cooking class 

Fondue is an essential part of Swiss gastronomy. At the Edelweiss restaurant, take a cooking class on cheese fondue and learn all about this much-loved speciality.

Day 2

Morning

CGN lunch boat cruise

Water is everywhere in Geneva, so what better way to discover the city and its aquatic wonders than on a cruise! Come aboard one of the 19 boats operated by CGN, the General navigation company on Lake Geneva, and enjoy a memorable experience with a legend in the history of Lake Geneva.

 

Afternoon

Have fun playing a Swiss national sport, curling!

Curling is an exciting and technical sport that has been played in Switzerland for nearly 150 years. Learn more about safety rules on the ice, stone throwing and sweeping during this introductory curling course. It's the perfect way to build team spirit and have fun! 

 

Evening

Dinner at the Kiosque des Bastions

Enjoy dinner in the heart of Geneva, at the foot of the old city walls. This modern brasserie with its refined decor offers a varied and traditional cuisine, using carefully selected products, and will leave a memorable impression on your guests.
