Ideally located near Geneva international airport, Palexpo offers majestic halls and multipurpose conference rooms. Explore its unique exhibition space and the many possibilities to make your event a memorable experience, whether it's a convention or a corporate event.
Location
Palexpo is ideally located 500 metres from Geneva International Airport, and just 4 km from the city centre and lakeside. It takes 10 minutes to reach Palexpo on foot from the airport, and just 3 minutes by bus.

Description
As Switzerland's second-largest exhibition and convention centre, Palexpo hosts more than 100 national and international events every year. It offers seven pillarless exhibition halls ranging from 1,500 m2 to 106,000 m2, equipped with removable, soundproof partition walls. The convention centre has 29 conference rooms with a total seating capacity of 5,000. Nine offices of varying sizes complete the range of multipurpose spaces at Palexpo.
During your event, visitors enjoy free high-speed internet access. Modern technical facilities and a top-of-the-range digital infrastructure guarantee an unforgettable experience for your event. On the outskirts of Palexpo, the magnificent Parc Sarasin offers 5 hectares of green space and additional freedom for organisers to set up outdoor facilities.

Easy access
All the Palexpo halls are accessible on foot, and the site is served by covered car parks with a capacity of 3,000 spaces, including charging points for electric vehicles. A direct exit from the motorway provides easy access to the convention centre. A taxi rank is also located in front of the Palexpo entrance, and a large drop-off area for 30 coaches is available close to the site. Frequent and fast bus services serve Palexpo from the airport and the city centre. All Palexpo facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Catering services
Palexpo has an official on-site caterer with over 30 years' experience in the events industry. Meals are prepared on site in state-of-the-art kitchens. The catering service is suitable for all types of events, from breakfasts to gala dinners. The catering service also offers a wide range of boxed lunch concepts for delivery to meeting rooms. The chefs use the finest fresh, local and seasonal produce.
Enjoy a smooth-running event and take a tasty break in one of Palexpo's restaurants. The "Point Central Restaurant" can seat 220 people and an adjacent 235 m2 room can be used for private functions. The "Poivrier Gourmet Restaurant" seats up to 80 people and can also be made private. A bar in the entrance hall offers takeaway meals.
A sustainable conference site
For more than three decades, Palexpo has been committed to environmental sustainability. Since 2018, the congress and exhibition centre has been ISO 20121 certified. This standard, dedicated to the events industry, certifies that its activities are conducted in a sustainable manner and its buildings operated with respect for the environment.
