Inspired by American and Australian culinary traditions, the establishment stands out for its exclusive offering of exceptional meats, including premium cuts of Black Angus and Wagyu beef, with the prestigious Kobe beef as the highlight. Goodwin is one of only a few restaurants in Switzerland to be certified by the Kobe Beef Association.
Must-haves include: New York, Rib-Eye, Filet Mignon, Chateaubriand, as well as rarer cuts such as the T-Bone, Shortloin, Porterhouse, and the legendary Wagyu Winterfrost Cowboy. Cooking in the house's signature Josper charcoal oven gives the meats an inimitable flavor, making each meal a memorable experience.
GOODWIN's cuisine is certified "Homemade" and also offers fine starters, seafood, a plant-based steak, and a selection of exquisite desserts. The signature cocktail menu, created by the house mixologists, completes the experience with creations such as the White Queen, Geneva Mule, and Smoke Blossom.
